Engram
Episodic & semantic memory
What survives a session. Five overlay rings separate fleet canon, role archetypes, repository memory, rig blackboard and seat-local experience.

Provision
An engram.ote.v1 manifest selects rings and retrieval providers.
Recall
Bayesian evidence, confidence bounds and repository-scoped memory.
Consolidate
Deterministic sleep and locally enforced, signed-override guards. Graduation requires full and attested sealed-test/human posteriors to meet configured thresholds; structural or rubric passes alone do not suffice.

engram --help
engram doctor
engram sleep
Note 4.3.1 Running alone
Local-hash retrieval requires no relay. Remote retrieval needs explicit configuration. Guards do not propagate by sync in the S6 revision; the programme record names this limitation.
