cns status

Description

Audit live health & curation state across Thalamus, Axon, Soma, and Engram in cwd, plus [5] Vitals from .cns/vitals.jsonl (PASSED | FAILED xN | VACUOUS | NEVER_RAN | MISSING_BINARY | STALE) and the System 1 DEAD_MAN line. Exits 1 if any channel is red. DEAD_MAN memory (was the dataset ever seen on this machine) lives in $CNS_STATE_DIR or ~/.cns/. Boundary: anyone who can delete the record files there turns a vanished dataset back into a green warning; this is a file-permission boundary, stated and not enforced. [6] Telemetry compares the Thalamus calls hooks claim (thalamus_calls / thalamus_refused / direct_calls in vitals.v1 rows) over CNS_COMPARE_WINDOW (default 1h) with the rows Thalamus recorded (thalamus replay, state dir CNS_THALAMUS_STATE_DIR). MISMATCH (recorded < claimed served), BYPASS (a direct node call was claimed) and TELEMETRY_UNREADABLE are red; no telemetry.db prints telemetry: absent and is not a pass; no claims prints not evaluated.
